I have a question about booking

  • Once you’ve successfully booked your day via the website, the confirmation page will show you the option to book another day.

  • You are able to book up to two months in advance. It is a rolling calendar, so the next available slots are released daily.

  • It is only possible to book slots up to two months in advance on my calendar. Therefore new slots for the next bookable day are released daily. Keep your eyes peeled!

  • Firstly, I would suggest booking an available slot first - you don’t want to miss out completely. Secondly, earlier slots sometimes become available due to cancellations, so you can join my waiting list to be notified here.

  • You can only book half day or full day sessions more than one week in advance. Any spare slots next week are reserved for Tech SOS Hours. Sometimes I also open up spare slots in the following week for my waiting list. Join here

I have a question about the day

  • This includes an hour of flexible time for breaks and lunch.

  • This is completely optional.

    You can opt to have either a pre-day 60 minute kick off call, OR an on-the-day 30 minute call at the start of your booking.

    The link to book a kick off call is in the welcome email.

    You don't need to book the on-the-day call, you just need to check the box on your pre-day questionnaire, and use the link included in your booking confirmation email.

  • Absolutely not! Unless we have pre-agreed this is how your session will work best.

    If we have a call on the day, it will be a maximum 30 minute call at the start of the session.

  • After you have booked and paid, you will be sent a Welcome email, which includes a link to a "tech to do list" questionnaire. All of your information can be added here. But don't panic if you forget something...all of the information will be added to a working Google doc.

Which service do I need to book?

  • You need to book a Tech Sprint. These can be booked anytime within the next 7 days (during office hours) but not in the immediate 24 hours. Think of it as an emergency call out for your tech.

  • You need to book The Tech Sidekick For A Day (or a half day). You send me your list in priority order and I get as many of those things done as possible in the time available. All days come with 30 days of follow on support, a discount for future bookings, and access to The Tech Hub.

    If you need to talk through your project first or would like an estimate about how many days your project will take, then you can book a FREE 30 minute discovery call.

  • Once you have had at least one half or full day with me you will have access to my ongoing support plans. These start at £100, and are only available for existing clients.

  • Book the next available slot here first - you don’t want to miss out completely.

    Earlier slots sometimes become available due to cancellations, or because I release extra slots, so you can join my Waiting List to be notified about these.

  • If your booking is more than 7 days away, then let me know and we can reschedule on another available date.

    If your booking is within the next 7 days, then you will need to rebook your Tech Sidekick For A Day. Unfortunately your deposit is not refundable.

  • I am happy to spend some time brainstorming your tech stack or researching some new tech for you. You could book a Tech Sprint, or a Tech Sidekick For a Day (half day) if you think it will take longer.

    If you simply want to figure out if I am able to help or if we are a good fit then you can book a free 30 minute discovery call.

  • If you are a new client, or have a new project to discuss, a 30 minute discovery call is free. There is my blog on the website for you to read. I also send out monthly newsletters, which you can sign up for below.
